How old are the puppies when they go home? Puppies leave at 8 weeks old, once fully weaned, socialized, and cleared by our veterinarian.
What is included with each puppy? Each puppy goes home with a health record, first vaccinations, deworming, a microchip, starter food, a blanket with the litter scent, and our written health guarantee.
How do you socialize puppies? Puppies receive daily handling, exposure to household sounds, supervised introductions to children and other dogs, and basic crate/house training starters. Health, Genetics, and Vet Care
Are the parents health-tested? Yes. Our breeding dogs are screened for common Rottweiler concerns (hip/elbow evaluations and relevant genetic tests). Parent health certificates are available on request.
What vaccinations and vet checks are done? Puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and a full veterinary exam before leaving. You receive a copy of the vet report and vaccine record.
Do you offer a health guarantee? Yes. We provide a written health guarantee covering congenital and hereditary conditions for the first 2 years. Specific terms are included in the purchase agreement. Adoption, Reservation, and Payments
How do I reserve a puppy? Reserve by submitting an adoption application and paying a non-refundable deposit of $500. The deposit holds the puppy and is applied toward the purchase price.
What is the total cost and payment method? Our price per puppy is $$$$. We accept bank transfer, ZELLE, and Cash App for deposits and final payments. Full payment must be completed before pickup or prior to delivery.
Can I cancel my reservation? Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel before the puppy is ready, the deposit may be transferred to a future litter at our discretion. Details are in the purchase agreement. Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping
Can I visit before adopting? Yes. Visits are by appointment only. We encourage meeting the puppy, parents, and seeing the environment where pups are raised.
Do you offer delivery or shipping? We offer pickup locally and USDA-compliant ground or air transport within the U.S. Delivery fees depend on distance and method. Travel crate, health certificate, and handling are included for transport bookings.
What if I live internationally? International shipments require additional health certificates, export documentation, and compliance with destination country rules. Contact us for a case-by-case plan and cost estimate. After Adoption Support
Do you provide support after adoption? Yes. We offer lifetime breeder support for health, training referrals, and general care questions. We expect adopters to keep us updated and to contact us if issues arise.
What should I bring home, and when should I see a vet? Bring the puppy’s starter food, bedding, and a safe crate. Schedule a vet visit within 48–72 hours after adoption to establish care and continue vaccination schedule.
Do you offer a return policy? If you cannot keep the puppy, contact us first. We require that puppies returned to us be surrendered to the breeder; we do not support rehoming through shelters or third parties without breeder approval. Specific return terms are in the purchase agreement. Policies, Contract, and Documentation
Will I get a written contract? Yes. Every sale includes a purchase agreement outlining health guarantees, spay/neuter clauses (if applicable), return conditions, and seller/buyer responsibilities. Read it carefully before paying the deposit.
Do you provide registration papers? We provide AKC/other registry paperwork when applicable; transfer of registration is completed after full payment and any required spay/neuter conditions are met.
Do you require a spay/neuter agreement? For pet-only placements, we may require a spay/neuter agreement to be signed and proof of surgery provided by a specified age. Breeding rights are only granted by special arrangement and written contract.
